My name is Sandra. I have had the privelage of helping owners to live harmoniously with their pets for 30 years now.

I specialise in 121 personalised training sessions which are tailored to you and your dog where you receive 100% of my time.

After having a client approach me, sometimes with sheer desperation. It gives me huge satisfaction to work with them and their beloved dog, and to see the end result. Which is the client and their dog being able to understand, work and communicate with one another. And to finally be able to rectify any behavioural problems, learned behaviours and often just mis-communication. I believe understanding the dog is the most important key to rectifying any problems you may be having.

I use various distraction techniques, exercises and reward based training with kindness to help you through your training journey. Aswell as helping you and your pet build up trust and confidence.

I do not judge and I will happily take the training at the owners/pets pace. There is no pressure or time limits so you would be learning at your own pace.

After an initial first visit, where I will meet you all and discuss with you the problems you are having. I start training with you in the natural environment of your home, where alot of the issues are likely to stem from, then we work from there depending on your situation and the problems you find that you are having. This is usually 1 day each week.

As we near the ending of training, I will start to filter away from you so as not to suddenly leave you to it. And provide follow up sessions if you should need.

My clients have a great sense of relief, comfort and confidence once in training, when they start to see what training achieves. And the dogs are alot more confident and happy too!

 To start with, 121 training is much more beneficial then in group settings where there are many more distractions and you only receive a portion of the allocated time. This is imperative for behavioural issues. And allows you and your dog to focus more.

Then if needed, later on in training, we would be working on distraction work in public places. 

At times, it is possible to get a small group together, or you can bring a friend with their dog along!
